Advise your students
Tell your students that if they have difficulty with assignment submission, they should first:
- look on the relevant support page for help (Turnitin Help Center, UNSW Turnitin/Moodle page), then,
- if they still experience difficulty, contact their lecturers or course conveners. The instructor can then check that the Turnitin assignment has been set up correctly.

- read any relevant FAQs
- visit the Turnitin Help Center, where they can consult, among other resources, the Moodle Direct Integration Instructor Category List.
