Dr Bruce Harvey, Academic Mentor, Engineering

Dr Bruce Harvey, Academic Mentor, Engineering

Dr Bruce Harvey has been an education focussed academic at UNSW for more than 30 years. He endeavours to give his students a good education and would like to do more mentoring.  He can listen to your ideas or problems so you can bounce them off someone else without judgement. Bruce has a Grad Dip in H Ed. He runs multi day field trips and computer labs as well as lectures. He has industry experience which he uses in his teaching.

Bruce has written two textbooks and created computer-based learning of various types. He has taught many different courses and know what it is like to take on a new one, as he did last year.

Bruce would like to mentor mainly to help people with their teaching, not promotion.

Email [email protected] to enquire if Bruce is available to mentor you.
