Need advice to support a student in distress?
Call Mental Health Connect on 02 9385 5418 to speak with one of the counselling team. Available 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Need support for yourself?
UNSW staff can get free, confidential counselling through Converge International, the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Refer a Student
Students should complete a Mental Health Connect form to access counselling.

Supporting Students in Distress module

This 1-hour Moodle module is designed to help staff locate support for a student who is struggling with their mental health. Understand information on risk factors, conversation tips, case studies, and UNSW support services.
