System Maintenance Windows

For an up-to-date list of reported issues & outages related to centrally supported Educational Technology, please visit our Reported Issues & Outages app. (Internal Only)

The following is a list of scheduled system maintenance windows.  Note that scheduled maintenance windows are only used when required.  It is recommended that course builders avoid these times when setting assessment deadlines or scheduling activities.

Depending on Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes, these times will convert to Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time differently throughout the year. To prevent your sessions being affected, we suggest you avoid scheduling them during the following times:

  • Thursdays, 4pm-10pm AEST/AEDT
  • Sundays, 12 noon-10pm AEST/AEDT
Turnitin services and related websites Turnitin Company

1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 7:00am to 11:00am PST

Depending on Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes, these times will convert to Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time differently throughout the year. To prevent your assessments being affected, we suggest you avoid scheduling them during the following times:

  • 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 12 midnight-5am AEST/AEDT
