As someone who’s lived on the UNSW campus for the past year, the iconic yellow and black UNSW hoodie has become more than just an item of clothing in my life. For this artwork I illustrated a collection of sightings of the hoodie from around Sydney and beyond. I brought a small sketchbook with me whenever I went out of campus and would quickly draw a picture of people I saw in the hoodie which I later combined and perfected in digital medium. My goal with this work was to represent the both spoken and unspoken community that exists in mine and many other students lives.
