Women in non-traditional subjects are those that take courses traditionally dominated by men. This generally includes STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects.

Women in Construction Project

 

The objective of the project is to attract, retain and empower women in construction, a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Pathways to Politics for Women at UNSW is increasing the number of women in Australian politics by equipping diverse women to boldly embrace their political ambitions, thrive as leaders and make a profound contribution to society.

The Women in Research Network works to progress gender equity across the University through the trifecta of support, information, and advocacy. 

Women in Business

 

Women are underrepresented in senior academic and leadership roles, in Business Programs, and Industry leadership. The UNSW Business School understands that gender equity is a fundamental aspect of our Faculty Strategy, as is being leaders in inclusion.
